After getting back from Dublin just yesterday, I had little interest in making my morning or afternoon meals elaborate. Last week on Instagram I stumbled upon a simple and seemingly satisfying savory snack — celery with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
I made my own version today, but opted for reduced fat chive and onion cream cheese to kick up the bagel-esque flavor a bit.
Ready in 10 minutes, all I had to do was clean and cut some celery stalks into 10 easy-to-eat pieces, let 2 tablespoons of cream cheese come to room temperature (for easy schmearing), and dig the everything bagel seasoning (all hail Trader Joe’s) out of the spice drawer.
